First Class Service!!!
We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Vik Vashisht . We were first-time seller with very little knowledge about how to sell the property. With his guidance we were able to do so. He is honest, helpful and hands-on (he even helped us with our weird demands) and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to accept an offer and Vik walked us through every step of the negotiations. He even managed to keep us as the tenant for next 6 months so that we don’t have move anywhere else during this COVID situation. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home or for renting there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be! Thank you so much Vik! 🙏🏻

Vik is the man!

Great Experience
Great Experience! Vik and his team not only helped sell our property but also assisted with getting the property ready for sale. We didn't have a great experience from our previous agents but Vik proved to be well worth it. He has extreme local knowledge and kept us informed throughout the process. Excellent services
Vik and his team were great from the get go. He organised multiple viewings for us as we wanted to view the property a few times before purchasing. Always got back when he promised he will. He knows the area quite well and had all questions answered in a timely and professional manner. I would be using Vik for any property related matter. Highly Recommended!
