From Disappointment to Delight

Eight years ago, Vanessa Brunton sold us our home in Yandina. With her thorough knowledge of the market, Vanessa was able to match us with an ideal home for the price we were prepared to pay. After initial discussion with Vanessa, we were confident that the price we were asking was in line with the current market value of similar properties. Vanessa’s advice regarding the preparation of for home for “Open Day” presentations was highly professional, and we were rather surprised at the number of prospective buyers who attended. She displayed a keen insight in identifying those with a real interest in making a purchase. Although we signed four unproductive contracts during a time of instability for potential borrowers, Vanessa remained in constant communication with us, and wasted no time in securing a new contract each time one fell over. Eventually, our disappointment turned to joy, as she worked tirelessly for a beneficial result. While this was happening, we recommended Vanessa Brunton to one of our friends, whose property sold so quickly, he’s still recovering from the shock! The thoughtful, professionalism of both Vanessa and her daughter Cheyne, will long be remembered. They highlighted our wedding anniversary with a surprise gift, and Cheyne produced a beautiful photographic memory of our home in a bound volume.
