Varun (and his team) recently sold our property in Taylor during a fairly uncertain market, with rising interest rates and cost-of-living pressures impacting buyer confidence. From the outset, we had open discussions about properties staying on the market longer and the likelihood of ups and downs throughout the process. Varun invested a significant amount of time and effort to find the right buyer. He held multiple open homes each week, well beyond what we were seeing from other agents, and was proactive in adjusting the marketing strategy to attract more interest. Communication was excellent throughout. We received frequent updates via our shared chat group, along with phone calls and meetings, and always felt informed and included at every stage. From our first meeting, we felt Varun was knowledgeable, professional, and, most importantly genuine, with strong integrity.
