I have know Adam for many years and over that time have used him in connection with a number of real estate transactions, including most recently the sale of Holt Avenue Mosman. Not all my interactions with Adam have led to us selling or buying, but sometimes just testing the water or getting some advice. Adam has always been a great adviser on this basis, never pushing his own agenda or views, but always providing sensible, commercial and realistic views. When it came time to sell Holt Avenue (and rent out my other property nearby) I knew that Adam already was the right choice and that the relationship we had established was based on trust and an understanding by Adam of me and my thought processes and sensitivities. Selling and buying property is filled with emotion, stress and decisions.
