A painless journey.
Selling our house was something we both dreaded. We had heard and seen the numerous problems that friends and others had gone through over the years and had subconsciously decided to live out our lives in Roseville. Health, old age and distance from our son were the opposing factors that initiated a conversation with Tony who had just sold our next-door neighbours house. With an obvious sixth sense and a quick understanding of our feelings, he created an almost perfect process, and within a week the job was done. Organised the marketing and successful sale of our home in a difficult market with COVID 19 virus
Communicated very well in all stages of the sale process. The marketing campaign was excellent and attracted many inspections and issue of contracts. However as auction date approached, buyers all fell away due to COVID 19 virus and it was unlikely an auction (online) could have taken place. Fortunately on the Friday before auction date, a family who had not previously inspected, loved the house and Tony had them exchange contracts by the end of the day at a price at the lower end of our expectations but most importantly it was sold

Recently Adam Vernon sold my house in Balmoral and did an amazing job. These are the qualities that I believe would describe Adam and his team. Honesty and integrity he delivered .The price he achieved was excellent. Persistence - he never came up with excuses .
