Development property sold during one of the toughest markets in Perth

We approached Trent to sell our development block, which has a tenanted house on it. A few weeks after going onto the market, our neighbour decided to sell as well. Trent's communication skills resulted in a successful procurement of this property and final sale of both together to a developer.
