Steve was polite, friendly, appeared to be professional in his field however it's rather just an illusion. Unless your property is selling "like a hot cake" he will impress you; otherwise you will soon to be "put on the back burner" to ZERO home open whilst he attends to others as you're just a number to him. I have bought and sold real estate properties over the years and had encountered similar sales person before. My home eventually got sold by Steve only when I tried to introduce another Sales Agent (and cope the pain to pay out his expensive marketing fees) just to take advantage to sell in this booming market and only then he cut back on his party time whilst all along I endured the numerous phone calls avoidance, messages ignored hoping you will go away, emails went into " don't care bucket". There were lots of frustrations, wasted time and more just to say the least - you perhaps will understand if you ever walk in my shoes, not just for weeks but rather try imagine for months.
