Fantastic from first meeting to settlement.

Kenric made my job of buying this property so easy. From the first meeting he worked really hard to keep me informed and supported me through the settlement process. There were a few issues to contend with and he made sure I stayed in the loop throughout. His knowledge of the area and the real estate processes is excellent and he worked tirelessly on settlement day (organised an electrician to fix things, checked the property as I couldn’t get there, sent me photos to show that everything worked) so that we could go ahead with settlement. The beautiful congratulations gift was just icing on th cake. I would recommend him to anyone and will use him for any future teal estate needs.
