Truly grateful for VIBE

We couldn’t compliment VIBE enough if we tried. They had so much compassion for us when we needed immediate housing, Hayley was so lovely and kind in all our dealings with her and the whole team have been incredibly welcoming and helpful. As someone who has rented for over 10 years, I have loved the VIBE experience the most by far. Thank you VIBE!

Fast and responsive before granting the lease but not helpful and communicating after leasing.

The agents are not on time when responding to emails and takes a lot of time to resolve issues. They never answer the calls after the lease is granted and if you ask the reception they never know anything as they are third party which is understandable. You have to send thousands of emails for each issue and if you don’t it will not be attended. Can not book an appointment because all the agents are always busy and if you work 5 days a week there is no way you can get to the agents because they are not available on weekends. Overall they rush to grant the lease but after that there are delays.

It was easy to talk to them, and my questions were answered.

Talking to Nardia was super easy. She really knew the market prices, and we just clicked while working together. All my questions got answered, and I never felt like I was asking anything ridiculous.

Amazing , wonderful

First of all, I would like to say thank you to Nadia and her team they were very supportive. I found the house on the website. I explained my situation and applied the house. My time was not matching with the inspection time. Nadia went a step ahead and send me the video of the house and that was so helpful for me to find finalise the house. I explained her that My family is living in Melbourne and we are looking forward to have house in North Richmond so that we can reunite and she really really helped me a lot to get this house. Thank you Nadia , thank you so much.
