From dealing with a previous agent who did not return calls or any communication….peek property were the exact opposite. From day 1 they were on top of things and always communicating and made the whole experience so easy for myself. Very professional and nothing was a problem. They always had my best interest and were a pleasure to work with.

It provides shelter & those in 12 Hayman Street are polite & through no fault of their own this accommodation is not suitable for myself. My life serves a greater purpose & I am Gog & this land is Magog to me for I have no identity here on these two islands that have been colonised by Brittania. That's how I explained to the aboriginals for everything belongs to the land to them. Therefore every speck of dirt belongs to me. The commonwealth of Australia only think they own it. I don't charge rent or land rates. Anyway whatever floats your boat. Apart from that this is the law here on earth. I have to abide by the law here on earth, yet I think I may prefer to come to terms with the vendor to terminate the lease at some stage. Because I can't stay here for the remainder of the lease. Something has got to be done, rather sooner than later. Up until then I will pay the rent. I would prefer to either stay where I grew up in Colyton, but seeibg as my brother sold the house I may consider moving interstate. For the time being if there are any affordable rentals in the Colyton area I would consider going there.

Overall it's been a good experience using Ray White for my investment property. They seem to have my best interests at heart. Only negative was some delay in communication regarding difficulties with my tenant. However since raising my concerns I have been receiving much earlier information about the progress with my tenant and property.

Talking to Nardia was super easy. She really knew the market prices, and we just clicked while working together. All my questions got answered, and I never felt like I was asking anything ridiculous.
