We brought a property after a Saturday viewing but needed to sell our property to buy the new property. After the viewing Micheal came to our present property to get it on the market. We paid the deposit and signed the contract to buy. Our property went on the market Thursday evening, and the first viewing was 0730 the following Saturday.
