Buying your first home should be an exciting and a relatively positive experience but unfortunately, Vicki has truly taken the shine out of buying my first home. I will preface this by saying that I had high hopes for the process of buying my first home, especially having had a great experience with Vicki as the principal agent at the beginning of my tenancy in the property over three years ago. Sadly, though this time around Vicki was unprofessional, petty and at times incredibly condescending almost from the get-go, which has left me with a very sour taste in my mouth about the entire experience. Vicki set out to make this process of buying my first home unnecessarily difficult. From changing the initial asking price by $15,000 (!!!) after I had submitted my offer to not making any contact with me on settlement day, over the course of the sale Vicki did the absolute bare minimum. I had to change the locks post settlement as neither Vicki, nor the rental agent had possession of the keys. Having had worked in real estate before I am aware of what the etiquette and bare minimum professional obligation that would be expected, so for Vicki to not even have met that is extremely disappointing. Altogether an extremely frustrating and fatiguing experience.
