She stayed in contact throughout the entire process from initial inspection to settlement, she was honest and transparent, she gave up her time for additional inspections, and she also worked very hard to problem solve a couple of issues that came up. sadly I trusted the agend as I got told that there was no live termite in the building and all damage was fixt, So one was as fare I found was correct as I did not find any termite activity But the damages had not been fixt as I have fixed and found lots off damage and hope that I now got to the end off it summing the hidden damages up ............but it is what it is
