Excellent communicator, strategist, and campaign runner

Jin is very knowledgeable and has a clear vision on what kind of campaign he runs. Sitting down with him, he was able to comprehensively articulate what the strengths of weaknesses of the house were, and therefore which buyers he was targeting. On a personal level, we always found him professional, punctual, and pleasant to speak to. Lastly, he has a great team surrounding him. This meant we always had someone to respond to us promptly, and to answer any questions for us. We felt very supported in this way. Couldn't recommend Jin more, he did a fantastic job at selling our house for a price higher than we had hoped for!
