We had a positive experience working with Jin and Vivian to sell our property. From the outset, they provided a clear sales strategy and realistic price guidance, helping us understand the market and set appropriate expectations. One of the things we appreciated most was their communication throughout the campaign. They kept us consistently informed, with frequent WhatsApp updates after every open for inspection, sharing buyer feedback, levels of interest and their thoughts on the next steps.
