Phenomenal experience from start to finish

It's always a daunting experience when selling your home and prized asset. We had been in touch with Patrick for months prior to finally deciding to sell, and along the way, he gave great insight into the comparable sales in the area, as well as some cost-effective finishing touches we could make to our home to really set it apart from other listings. He was conservative with his price guide, which we were happy to work with the "worst case scenario" should the campaign not go as planned. He offered his strategies and a modest marketing plan, and next thing you know, our property was on the market. Patrick kept us completely updated with the marketing performance, enquiries and offers that were rolling in. He pulled in huge crowds for each open inspection, to the point where he insisted we bring forward the auction date as a call to action for the future buyers. Auction day rolled around, and we had a phenomenal turnout on the day. Bidding started fast and frantically, and Patrick worked the bidders with the auction team. When the hammer came down, he had set a record price for us, with the total sales campaign lasting less than 3 weeks in total. Even with this exceptional result, he remained humble and has kept in touch through the process, moving towards settlement. Overall, Patrick is a genuine straight-shooter. He was transparent throughout the lead-up to signing, the process he would follow to get the best result, and most of all, exceeding our expectations.
