Before selling our apartment, we were quite worried because we really didn’t know how much we could get for it. There weren’t many recent sales in the area to compare with, and one agent even told us that the market wasn’t good and we shouldn’t expect too much. Then, through Kay’s introduction, we met Leo, and everything changed. Leo confidently told us that our property had strong potential and value, and he gave us a clear price range we could expect. Amazingly, the apartment sold for almost exactly that price. We were quite anxious at first, but Leo saw the true value of our home with great accuracy. My life experiences have lead me to believe majority of Real Estate agents are shady, tries to scam you and are not very trustworthy. With this in mind I was very cautious when I first dealt with Leo. But within a first few interactions I knew very quickly Leo was very different and unlike the others as he was very knowledgeable, friendly, super clear and quick with communications but most importantly treated me like a human being. Through Leo and Kay, within a month I landed my dream mammoth 4 bedroom home and was also able to sell my existing 2 bedroom unit at the same time! Sold the unit at a higher price without too much fuss!! Entire experience has been nothing but pleasant and because Leo kept an open relationship it also reduced alot of the stress during the process. It's just unfortunate the rest of the NSW real estate agents are not this trust worthy and professional like Leo. I was just very lucky I found Leo! Thank you and God bless!!
