Straightforward home Appraisal & Sale experience

Dionne responded to our appraisal needs promptly during a very busy Christmas / New Year period. We felt confident in Dionne's knowledge of the local Wynyard & Somerset marketplace and were guided by her experience in helping us to set a realistic sales price. During the marketing period Dionne kept us up to date with prospective buyer interactions and she capably steered efforts towards a purchaser whom she qualified as genuine and who ultimately became the successful purchaser. Dionne's prompt communication during the pre and initial contract stages provided reassurance at a stressful time due to us needing to secure a sale in a reasonably quick timeframe.

Amazing Sales Lady
