Fantastic agent!

A knowledgable Belmont Agent

Best estate agency we have ever used.
Louise and her team are the most friendly, honest and hard working estate agencies we have ever used (and we have used a lot of agencies over the years). With family values at their core, their level of honesty is refreshing. You will get an appraisal that is a realistic achievable outcome for your property and her team will work their hardest to get that price for you (not one of those agencies just tell you what you want to hear or are after a after a quick buck). The team has a fresh and imaginative approach to marketing that really does get the right people through your door. They have a high level of effective communication with both you and prospective buyers and get back to you quickly every time. We have even asked Louise and her team to find our next house for us and they have turned over every leaf to do so. We could not recommend Viking Realty high enough.
