He projected a sale price that was realistic and my expectation of the end result and his were on par. Other agents had suggested silly prices to get the listing. I was a bit frustrated by the process of buying a place in Melbourne as it seems that before the apartment is listed that you don’t need to have contracts ready etc. So there were weeks of waiting around to be able to make offers etc. Eventually when the contract did come it was a quick process where decisions had to made quickly. Appreciate this is not in Joseph’s control but frustrating none the less... Overall Joseph was helpful, particularly after the purchase by getting me access a couple of times to measure for furniture etc. He is friendly, knowledgeable about the local market and a good real estate agent.
