Good communicator who knows his market

Huss was a good agent for me and so was his team. He was knowledgeable of the market. He initially gave me a price range that was realistic rather than underquoting and running the risk of having a low final price. He worked hard to bring the price as high as possible. In the end the offer that I accepted was within it. Huss was great at keeping me informed about what was going on with my property. He was good at getting back to me on time if I had to leave a message for him. In fact he was more communicative than I would necessarily have expected. He told me about who was inspecting the house and who was interested or not interested. He relayed any negative comments made by prospective customers about the house as well as the positive things that they mentioned. The marketing campaign was great. The photos and words that he had online were really positive and helped present the house in its best light. Overall I was really happy selling my house with Huss and I would recommend him to anyone in the area.
