Max was a great communicator

Max was a great communicator and very transparent throughout the whole process of buying a house (private sale). He always returned calls and was open and honest throughout all conversations in the negotiation and re-negotiation process. Raymond was excellent through through the selling process.

He has been very patient in explaining, careful in setting out expectations, making suggestions that were very critical for the sale. Although our property was not a high priced property, Raymond always made us feel that this sale was important to him as it was to us.
