About Ben

Ben lives, loves and breathes what it means to be a Villager. It’s his baby, his dream and his life. Villager Property is evolving every day, and so is Ben. He has a vision to help people find their place, and for him, that's never going to be vanilla . He likes to innovate, try things out and see where we can take things. With Ben, what you see is what you get. You get passion and you get an immediate friend. He's a bit of a scallywag, always has time for a joke. I think he knows everyone on Darby Street now - he's always waving, greeting, laughing or involved in something extracurricular! I believe it's because he's genuinely interested about what people are doing and where they are going. He loves motivating us, and he helps the team to think out of the box so we can all contribute to the Villager experience. Ben will go out of his way to help people. It's just a part of who he is. If he can see that someone is benefiting from something he has done or is doing, or it makes a difference in someones life, it brings him a lot of joy knowing he was a part of that journey. He's not in business for the rewards. He is working towards a greater vision - towards being more to the community, more to the industry, to ourselves and each other. And he does it for the love of finding places for people that become, well - like family.

No Stone Unturned!

This is the second time selling a property with Villager Property. First time with Courtney and I wasn't disappointed. Courtney followed up on every single potential buyer that came to the viewings and facilitated the sale well. Her communications with us was excellent and followed every open house with a phone call and a plan. I would highly recommend Courtney who will look after you the vendor, tenant (if applicable) and potential buyer with excellent communication, respect, market knowledge and professionalism. Top service and advice

We've used Villager Property four times now. We've had an auction and regular sales and have been pleasantly surprised every time. Villager provide excellent advice on value-adding renovations or touch-ups to help ensure the best price possible. The advertising is beautifully photographed and showed each property in its best possible light. Courtney or Ben would call us after each open house to help us sort the legitimate potential purchasers from the stickybeaks and dreamers. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Villager Property for anyone seeking a down-to-earth, honest appraisal of a home's realistic potential worth.
