Our experience with Jessica was relaxed and constructive.
Jessica and her offsider Keelan were thorough and professional without the egotism and hubris that is often found with agents. Right from the very first meeting with Jessica she was warm and welcoming; so very easy to get along with and incredibly knowledgeable. Throughout the whole process Jessica was very communicative and onto every detail. I barely needed to think about a thing as she had everything under control. She made me feel like my property was her only property that she was dealing with (though I know that it most definitely wasn't!), but she made time for me and had not problem answering all of my many questions. Given the chance, I will definitely be using Jessica and her team again!

Exceptional, professional and the best

Exclusive service and such a friendly agent
SOLD House is handed over today to a lovely young family. Jessica Vine from @vinepropertyagents was the best agent I have experienced. 60 people through the first open home and 2 contracts offered that day. her service started with a site visit to advise how to prep the house for the best price And her advice added 100,000 to the sale price. The final touch was a package of exclusive settling in products and bubbles. Jess ran an open home at twilight on our deck with wine and cheese!. Her marketing is exquisite and targeted as you can see by the numbers at open homes.
