We bought a block of land from Matty and he was a pleasure to deal with. He always made the time to answer any questions we had. The vendor was a bit fussy with contract additions we added which wouldn’t affect them and Matty worked with us to negotiate terms with them. In the end we signed the contracts and purchased the land. He also went above and beyond after our purchase to help get utilities connected by dealing with the neighbour to connect to their sewer pipe. Great agent and would definitely buy from again and sell with in future.

We called Kiran on a Sunday wanting to inspect the home not expecting to hear back during such a busy market but to our surprise, he phoned back and was able to arrange a private inspection within an hour. Kiran displayed great communication throughout our buying process and while he was representing his vendor, Kiran was professional when we were negotiating and we felt like we bought the home at a fair price.
