Paul was Amazing.
Everything you promised you delivered and then some. You kept us updated every step of the way. Even took the time to come and meet the dog so he wasn't a stranger. Paul you signed listed and sold in a week. Pete and I can't thankyou enough for helping us achieve our dream home.

Our sales experience with Matty Bell has been amazing
Matty had been amazing during the whole process of the sale of our home his proffesionalism and knowledge is fantastic he is so down to earth you feel like your just chatting with a friend our house sold with in 6 weeks due to the amazing advertising and open homes that Matty would do every second Saturday as well as private viewings when required I have no hesitations what so ever in recommending him to anyone. Just the kindest coolest most helpful and professional person throughout
Our experience with Matty was phenomenal. He demonstrates a level of professionalism coupled with unbridled enthusiasm that is sadly lacking in the rest of the real estate professionals we were exposed to during our house hunt. He communicates clearly and lets you know what you need to know in laymans terms rather than relying on the usual real estate double speak and pointless buzzwords, which is extremely refreshing when my wife and I were buying our first home and it was easy to become overwhelmed. Matty has been there with support and advice every step of the way and has demonstrated that he'll do everything in his power to make sure you get the home you want. ALSO- if you haven't yet locked yourself in with a bank, Matty's wife Charmaigne (hope I spelled it right sorry guys) is an extremely helpful broker. We strongly regret that we met Matty and Char after we'd already signed on to using a bank, as the bank mortgage lending specialist has been completely useless and Char's expertise and assistance has been invaluable navigating all the nonsense and stress. Talking to her, we can only imagine a world in which we saved ourselves piles and piles of stress, second guessing and going back and forth with the bank by taking advantage of her excellent services.

Great results with Matty
Matty is a very professional agent and has been exceptional from the beginning to end of the buying process of the property. It all went so smooth with a great turnaround times at each stage so very happy with the end result. He is approachable and easy to communicate with. He was obliging to our requests in a timely manner and overall we felt he was quite honest and trustworthy.

A pleasant agent to deal with, great with major events, but can overlook minor less critical needs.
Would recommend him to prospective sellers/buyers, however he can get over busy & miss follow ups, needs reminding!
