Choosing Grant to sell my home was the best decision I made. From the outset, Grant was very confident in the overall appeal of my home and his ability to attain the best possible price for it. The process of marketing it was very quick and efficient. While waiting on me to be able to go "live", Grant rang me regularly to update me on the current trends in sales in my area. Through this consistent communication, I was able to proceed with confidence at an opportune time. Grant had a list of buyers ready to look at my home as soon as I was ready and received an offer on the first showing. He continued to communicate with me daily on his liaising with the potential buyer and worked hard to achieve the price he felt the property was worth. I felt the utmost confidence in allowing him to take the lead in this area. Grant maintained close contact with me and the buyers until Exchange took place. It can often be quite a disquieting or even stressful experience to part with one's home. However, Grant's excellent communication skills, his adaptability, his commitment to the vendor, and especially his affability, have made this experience an extremely stress free and pleasant one for me. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

After having Brad do an initial market appraisal early 2020 we felt very comfortable and confident to sell our property with him for 2021. With his expertise he guided us to market in 2020 with a very satisfactory outcome. We were very skeptical to market early as we were unable to attend and have the house presented properly with covid restrictions. However he confidently showed our home to many bringing lots of offers. I believe he fully understands the expectations of the vendors and the buyer which realistically makes for a great agent to marry the two together. There were a few hiccups along the way out of his and our hands but again he handled it professionally and with patience. He always keeps you up to date with everything even after the sale. We could not recommend a better agent anywhere in the Coffs Harbour region for selling or buying. Very impressed thanks Brad and team !
