Brad went over and above to help us with both houses we have bought off him so far. We have dealt with a couple of other agents in the local area, and Brad has been the friendliest, most helpful and competent by far. The second time around, we weren't exactly sure what we were after, and Brad managed to help us secure something we would never have thought of. Not only did he go out of his way to bring properties to our attention, he made the negotiation/sale process incredibly smooth and was always available if we needed someone to bounce ideas around with/ask questions..
