Great experience, great result and Grant exceeded all expectations
From the initial meeting Grant at Vision Property Sales was excellent to deal with. Grant proposed a sales plan based on his experience in the market and area. If we had any questions or suggestions, Grant was happy to listen and implement them, but was also professional enough to suggest if he thought we were wrong. Grant informed us he was willing to proceed with our wishes or ideas, even if he didn't agree, as he indicated he was working for us. I know this happened for two ideas I had, which Grant disagreed with. At the time I reluctantly went with Grant's suggestions as I thought he was the expert. In hindsight I believe Grant's suggestions on these two issues were the difference between our house sitting on the market for months or being under offer within 3 days of being on the market. The house was under offer within 3 days and the price achieved was well above what was expected.
During the whole process Grant's communication was great and we never felt like we didn't know what was going on during the process. If we had any questions Grant would respond promptly and was the link between us, the buyers, and the conveyancers. Other members of the Vision team attended our house to get a feel for the property and these members were also professional and friendly.
I would highly recommend the team at Vision, particularly Grant who was our listing and selling agent. I would also highly recommend that you utilise the expertise of Grant and the team at Vision Property, as I am extremely pleased I did.
