About us
Kate has worked in the Real Estate Industry over the past 23 years and has developed a broad knowledge and vast experience in the sale and marketing of a variety of properties within the many sectors of the industry.
Being from the country but having worked many years in the city including a large part of her early real estate career spent in ‘off plan’ sales of many of the apartment buildings in Adelaide such as Brewery Apartments, The Greenhill ETSA building, Hurtle Square, Mantra on Hindmarsh Square, Peppers on Waymouth just to name a few.
This has provided her with a brilliant foundation and understanding of the level of commitment required when selling property and the importance in creating trusting relationships with her clients, both buying and selling to be able to achieve the very best outcome.
Over the years, Kate has gone on to be a successful in residential real estate sales working for several respected and well-known agencies, both independent and franchised.
After moving back to her home on the Fleurieu Peninsula in 2004 where she and her family have lived and farmed since the early 1950’s. This move has enhanced her interest in lifestyle properties and enabled her to enact her vision and passion which is simply to assist in “realising people’s property dreams”.
One of Kate’s biggest achievements on the Fleurieu Peninsula was as the Sole Agent in selling 72 Villa’s at South Shores, Normanville for Commercial & General Developers and creating an entirely new market in the Yankalilla District.
Kate’s heart belongs on the Fleurieu and combined with her infectious enthusiasm for property creates a fabulous equation to achieve great outcomes for her clients.
