My wife and I sold our house in Corso Street, Eatons Hill. We had some other agents that we were first on the market with and went through, but we decided to take a new approach and found a young bloke that was just down the road from us in a company called Sold-It Estate Agents. We approached him and right from the get-go it was a really easy, casual and hands on approach from Sold-It. Tom was straight upfront with us and paid for all the marketing costs which we didn't expect, and just the whole approach to the sale of the house was great. Even after we finally had a great price, he dealt with some things with the council and just made it effortless for us which was important because we both work full time. In the end I couldn't give more of a thumbs up to Sold-It and I most definitely recommend them to anybody considering selling!

We had a few agents come through our house and give us valuations and sales proposals and we decided to go with Tom Murphy from Sold-It Estate Agents because he was very professional and didn't charge for the marketing costs. It was only on the market for four days and sold for an EXTREMELY good price, we were extremely excited about it. Tom did a great job, he was a real positive guy, and he got us sold very quickly so we are really really happy. As a result, I revisited the house several times - feeling very comfortable to do so. We recently purchased our new home in Everton Hills through Tom Murphy from Sold-It Estate Agents. We had never heard of them before, however we liked the look of the house and called them up to arrange an inspection. From our first meeting with him, we felt that he was extremely professional and we also felt that we could trust him, not something that you feel with all real estate agents. He knew the property very well, and if he didn't know something he found it out for us. Sold-It was extremely professional in all regards, and made the buying process simple and easy, as it should be when buying a home.
