Great communication

Clare and her team at Vyvid took over from a previous property manager we were having issues with. Instantly noticed the step up in service that they all provided. Was very good at communicating everything and constantly kept us informed on everything that was going on. We also ended up selling our property with them and the same great service was supplied.

Wonderful experience

Clare communicates well, very responsive, experience and knowledge to finalize the deal.

Clare is super responsive to enquires and follows up with all the details that potential buyers are asking for until the enquiry is fully exhausted. Our unit was a difficult property to sell because of high body corporate fees, however Clare was able to redirect the buyer's focus onto the high dual income stream which the property produced. In our experience of 18 years in property investing/renting across different locations in Qld, Clare and the team from Vyvid real estate Gladstone have exceptional value and performance.
