Clare and the team at Vyvid have managed the sale of my property extremely professionally. Clare liaised with tenants regarding showing of the property to potential buyers and kept me informed frequently on the progress of the sale. When a repair was required after the Building and Pest report, the Vyvid team were exemplary in facilitating a tradesperson to attend and complete the work. Really disappointing, 2 very brief conversations around price and that was it. Did nothing to help out after that, no contact at all, no follow up on the promises he made on the phone. Could not even get some photos we requested. Honestly except for answering the phone did not help us at all in purchasing the property.
