We met Franco Zaini when we organized an inspection on a house we liked. He was very helpful and friendly. He took us through the ins and the out of the house and gave us all the info we needed. We decided to put an offer on the house and we got it. We are more than over the moon with our new house and couldn't be happier. When franco dropped the keys off to us for our new home he brought with him a lovely hamper for us. It was beautiful and such a lovely thoughtful gift. When the owner left she had to leave a few things behind. After 3 days the stuff was still on our footpath and franco offered to get someone to remove it for us. Michael and the VZ team are fantastic. We met Michael at an open house about 10 years ago, and were struck by his candor and honest approach. Although we didn't buy a property he was listing the investment property we did purchase we had VZ manage on our behalf. Over the next few years we moved all our investment properties to VZ and have introduced VZ to several friends who subsequently switched agents to VZ.
