Kaye has sold a number of properties for me previously and more recently. She is a good communicator and puts a lot of time and effort into liaising with both the vendor and purchaser, helping buyers be matched to their requirements and ensuring sales proceed in a timely manner. She is a professional and knowledgeable real estate agent who gets good results. Kaye is always readily available to help both parties in any way to negotiate a sale or purchase and this doesn't stop when contracts are exchanged. Selling our house through with Wal Murray & Co and Gary Wells was a great experience!
We were confident when we selected Gary Wells of Wal Murray & Co to sell our house for us. He took the time to visit us and go through his proposal and the market data which gave us a great deal of confidence that we would sell our house in the price range we were looking for. Gary kept us informed of the interest being shown in our property and did a lot of "behind the scenes" work to ensure we would sell. He communicated all offers to us and kept us informed right up until the date of exchange. He truly facilitated the successful sale of our property and even though our home was only on the market for a short period of time, his guidance and willingness to help us sell our home after 30 years was invaluable.
