Local knowledge
Ben was great. Lots of local knowledge, kept me up to date with progress, the process was pretty simple and he kept me in the loop with next steps. Coming from a non property selling perspective, I was glad to have Ben navigating the process and pitfalls for me. Thanks again Ben!!

Cory was fantastic throughout
Cory was fantastic throughout the entire process. He is such a genuine person who is reliable and professional. His communication was great - he would call me as soon as possible with any updating information. He was flexible with times to meet and would always make time in his busy day to answer any questions. As this was my first time selling I had a lot of questions which Cory was patient with me and answered all of them. There is no one else I would sell a property with besides Cory.
