Ben worked around the clock, 7 days a week to get us a very favorable result over our asking price. He was prompt with all communication, and would leave detailed messages when unable to answer the phone. We felt very included in the process and Ben provided very solid guidance when negotiating prices, but was not pushy about it at all. Ben is an agent who advocates strongly for the buyers wishes and this is the reason why I chose to sell through him.
