I met Kaye at a couple of open houses which werent suitable for me and what i was looking for. When a property that was exactly what I was looking for came onto the market, Kaye contacted me and the sale moved very quickly. I found it difficult finding an agent who had the values Kaye had .... respecting all parties, linking people to neighbourhoods and providing sound advice during the negotiation process. She is also well connected to reliable people to facilitate the sale. The personal experience of her facilitating getting to know the seller and the history of the house made the experience even better. Sure, u want a good investment but that history and experience was also important to me. Exceptional and timely person to meet when i moved to northern rivers. I cant speak highly enough of her.

Although it was by chance, almost all of the houses we looked at, were ones that Ben had responsibility for. That paid off, for very quickly he knew the type of people we were, what we were looking for, and what would/wouldnt interest us. He was always helpful, friendly, professional... and willing to have a laugh. Also, not at all pushy. There was very little spin on any of the properties we looked at. The 'renovator's delight' cliche was not rolled out once. And for his honesty, for his professionalism, for his willingness to answer silly email questions at almost any time of the day or week, we can not praise him enough. If I ever come to sell, Id walk into the office and ask if Ben was there.

Ben is amazing and makes selling or buying your home easy. He is very efficient, reliable, always on time and respectful. Ben does what he says he is going to, always returns phone calls and contacts you to give you an update. Ben is also excellent at valuing your home being realistic in the market price. I have just purchased a home in Queensland and the purchase has been a nightmare. At the same time I have sold my home in Lismore and Ben has been delightful through out the transaction, making it so easy. I would recommend Ben and would employ his services again without hesitation.
