An experience with a true professional
From the time we were deciding on which agent to sell our home to the actual sale date Gerard displayed a great knowledge of his profession. He worked tirelessly to promote our home and show as many people as he could the property. There were a few hiccups in the process which he handled with great skill and tact. He followed up any leads regularly and always kept us informed as to where he was at with sale. He was always very pleasant to deal with and had our interests in mind. He is also part of a very competent sales team at Wal Murray First National. I am very pleased I selected Gerard to sell our property and would have no hesitation in recommending him to any prospective vendor.

Recommend Ben Conte
We appreciated Ben's assistance in listing and selling our house. Several things stand out- his enthusiasm, patience, knowledge of the market and outstanding communication skills. We were kept informed at every stage of the transaction. His skill in negotiating with the buyers and arranging an extended settlement period was most helpful as we prepare to move to our new accommodation which is currently being renovated. High praise is warranted to the photographer who prepared the marketing portfolio under the watchful eye of Ben.

An Agent with passion and drive
Gerald proved to be friendly, enthusiastic, professional and down-to-earth. With his experience and extensive local knowledge, including contacts, he was able to obtain information ahead of the conveyancer.
