Professional and competent

Was very impressed with Ben's ongoing communications & updates. Whilst on holidays he also organised a helpful replacement agent (within the same agency). Kaye has been patient, kind and understanding
Kaye has a genuine kindness and respect for her vendors and does her utmost to make everything go as smoothly as possible, even through unexpected challenges. Her priority was getting the best possible sale price but with reason and rationale negotiation. She is always respectful and very action orientated, getting the best advice in the best timeframes. We found Gerald great to work with. We previously put an offer on a house via Gerald and we found him very helpful in guiding us through how the process works and respectful of the limits we had for the offer. GIVE HIM A RAISE
My husband and I had been trying to buy our first place for 12 months. We met with and spoke to several other agents from Wal Murray, as well as agents from Lj Hooker and also in Casino- we probably contacted nearly every agent in Lismore at one point or another, with questions about certain properties. Etc. they were helpful but only to a point. Then we came to meet Gerald, the most wonderful, extraordinaire agent, who right from the very second we met he went above and beyond to help us with getting a place. We were blown away by his dedication, politeness, efficiency and skills as a negotiater! He also recommended a wonderful conveyancer, and also was familiar with our mortgage broker. Gerald knows Lismore like it's nobody's business- hands down the most knowledgeable and locally experienced agent you will ever meet! He is a true gem, and the success of Wal Murray and Co. as a firm is a huge testament to his hard work and sacrifice over many, many years. I now recommend Gerald to every home buyer I meet.
