For about 3 months, I was looking for a house to buy in Maryborough Qld. And did not have much luck in finding what I was looking for. As I was already renting from Wal Pavey real estate, I thought I would let them find a home for me to buy. I gave Cindy my particulars in what I was looking for and within a couple of weeks, she gave me the suggestion on a place that she thought would suit my needs. So, Cindy arranged for an inspection an tour of this place, she explained to me info and knowledge of the place in detail, which was very useful for me to decide pretty much on the spot to buy this house.
