Cindy is the amazing on many levels, she is intelligent and understands the industry well, it's a profession for her and she knows the in's and out's and has regular customers that go back to her, not because she sells cheap, but she is honest, fair and won't try to sell something that's not suitable for the buyer. She abides by the legalities and so in that sense you can be assured she will let you know what the property needs and doesn't to be compliant. She doesn't haggle the seller to reduce and make the seller feel bad because she is invested in keeping the values of properties in the area but also will be honest if things are not right and the seller should do some work and make some changes. She has excellent boundaries and is a strong woman who is not going to bullied or fall apart if a property is unique, she is all business - which is just what you need.
