Honest, down to earth open to answering any questions as soon as possible
Steve will respond as soon as he possibly can to anything. He'll take calls, text or email, whatever is preferred. He was upfront and honest about the sellers expectations. Steve was willing to adjust times at the last minute to work around our schedules which made everything smooth and easy for us. He was open about everything that he could be and was a great in-between for the seller and myself and my partner. Steve has the best ability to switch from professional to friendly to really feel like you're more than a sale, he is community forward and wants what is best for the seller and the buyer. He gave great recommendations for all contractors etc that were needed, all of which were affordable and honest with their work.

Good knowledge and communication easy to get along with

Steve was awesome, and is a great guy. His manner and how he conducts himself leaves no questions unanswered. Steve knows all the right people to make the transition into your new home a breeze. Steve would answer queries outside of office hours, and was helpful and energetic. His knowledge of local folk and his connections to get inspections sorted was very handy. There's nothing bad to say about Steve, he's honest, hardworking and an all round good bloke.

Personable, Professional and Helpful
Working with Steve was an absolute pleasure. Such a lovely guy who was willing to help us out in any way possible. He was always so prompt in answering my questions and made me feel as though there was no judgement in some silly questions I may have asked as a first time buyer. Also so helpful following the settlement when seeking advice about things with the home. We had some unexpected bumps along the way, but Steve was great at reassuring us and going above and beyond to do what he could to help us out.
