To choose which real estate agent to list with, I undertook 3 forms of research. 1) I asked everyone I spoke with over an 18 month period for recommendations and why. June was by far the most recommended agent. Reasons given - the most knowledgeable, the most sales, she achieves the best prices. 2) I researched past sales in the area going back 5 years. June had by far the most sales and had achieved standout prices. 3) I got appraisals from a number of sales agents. One that lives nearby and markets herself as being in the top 1% of Qld agents - she recommended listing at 350k. Another, being a top agent at Ipswich's largest realty said 350k - 360k. Another, at one of Ipswich's better regarded agencies suggested aiming as high as 420k - 450k. The queen of Ipswich real estate, well she sold it for 499k.

June was able to source a buyer and together we were able to come to a very agreeable price. We were now in the comfortable position to purchase our next home in the comfort of the knowledge that the best price in the current property climate was achieved. Agent was fine although many questions regarding operational issues of the property were never answered nor sort from owners. The office staff at walkers were rude and very unprofessional and will deter us from selling or buying again from that office. And perhaps when a new home owner/client comes to pick up their new keys, the agent or principal acknowledge the clients. Even a good gesture for congratulations/ champagne... anything. Certainly the scrappy white envelope with loose keys in it was very disappointing

June is a hard working agent and independently sold our home. June was there for all the open times each Saturday and Sunday. There were no substitute agents.The first weekend with her agency we had a genuine buyer which she followed up on and resulted in the sale of our home.Such a relief for us, as our home had been listed with another agent since January 2017. Due to her negotiation skills and knowledge of the colonial house market, our lovely character home was sold and we could happily move on. We would recommend highly Walker's Principal , June Frank as an agent who knows the Ipswich property market extremely well.

Very impressed as had a buyer lined up before property had to go on the market. Good communication throughout. Could have maybe tried a little harder with the negotiations for a higher selling price but overall very pleased.
