Having built my first home, the decision to buy an existing home as a rental investment was daunting. However, June Frank made the process very easy by explaining everything clearly and by providing a "down to earth", relaxed and reassuring approach. I found June very easy to talk to and she responded to all my messages very promptly, even in the early hours of the morning. June's knowledge of real estate, housing and other associated services was amazing and again a comfort that she was able to provide me with information as I needed it. The staff in the Walkers Ipswich office are also wonderful and a great supportive team for June.

I first met June a few weeks before she sold our home at my sister in law's new home that June sold to them.. At that stage we had no idea that our lives were going to do a very fast and amazing turnaround. We decided to go for a drive to Redcliffe to look at a retirement village. Well we instantly fell in love with it and put down a deposit. I had a couple of other agents in and then June got in touch with me and I was extremely happy with her efficiency and her knowledge of real estate. Our home although lovely had been through the flood 5 years prior so most agents do not want to sell and if they do they cannot put price on it for you. We had two garage sales to get rid of our excess stuff. Then on the market the house went. Well June was amazing as we signed contract and next day were on the high seas cruising to Honolulu for a month. So June was amazing and pulled out all the stops and between her and our daughter who we made power of attorney the sale and purchase went so smoothly we are still gob smacked as nothing before in our lives has ever been so smooth. June is certainly one amazing sales woman and we found her to be an extremely proficient expert in her field and the thing we liked the most of all was her honesty. We would highly recommend June to any prospective seller or buyer. Cant thank you enough June *****
