I recently sold my unit through Jen Ward and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Jen is incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the local market. She successfully sold my unit off-market, demonstrating her expertise and connections in ways that made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What truly sets Jen apart is her communication. She kept me informed at every stage, responded promptly to questions, and proactively shared updates without me having to ask. Her dedication went beyond basic expectations—she genuinely went out of her way to help with various aspects of the transaction. The entire experience was great, and I'm grateful for Jen's professionalism and care throughout. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a real estate agent who truly prioritizes their clients' needs and delivers outstanding results.

Greg is public face of a team of people that made the purchase of our home seamless. From the initial viewing to managing the different parties involved in finalising a sale, the team from Ward Real Estate gave five-star service. They were responsive to different expectations, given our previous experience was purchasing in a different state, and we had different expectations that were well managed to facilitate the sale.
