Excellent Stress Free Experience
Martin had excellent knowledge of the market for land in my area, he gauged the price well. He knew the buyers who would be interested, these were the ones I thought would be interested and a few extra potential buyers. He contacted them, he took several on a tour of the land and talked positively about the farm and how it had been looked after. Martin asked the right questions in order to sell the farm, he talked to my share farmers in order to present the whole picture of use of the land. He made the process stress free, he made sure I understood the process and answered any questions thoroughly. I found the process professional in every way and would recommend using Martin and the Wardle team to sell property.
