Lorraine achieved a very good result for us in a difficult market.
Lorraine has a thorough understanding of the complexities of the property market at Roxby Downs. It is much harder to sell a property here than in Adelaide and she kept us informed of any interest in the property.

Lorraine is easily the best agent in Roxby
We were in the market for properties in Roxby and reached out to numerous agents. Most of them either don't get back to you or don't answer your questions. Lorraine was superb. Unlike the others, she actually made an effort to achieve the sale, and both vendor and buyer satisfaction. She really knows her area, tenants, landlords; because she puts the time and care into them. Super responsive and always available when we needed her throughout the whole process. She made herself available after hours to suit our needs without a second thought. Answered all our questions openly, she is down to earth and genuine and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She clearly has both vendor and buyer interests at heart. We are now using Wardle for our property management as well - because of Lorraine's great service! I can't recommend Lorraine highly enough.

Professional and personal
Lorraine was amazing when guiding my partner and I through the process of buying our first home. She gave out information sheets for each house we viewed, listened to us and our needs/wants when looking for a property, suggested other properties to view and even leading up to us having inspections she was always open to answer questions and was professional.

Bumpy road but Lorraine was always there to help.
Owning a property in Roxby Downs is not without its challenges, In most cases you would expect some capital gains when owning a property for a number of years but not in this post code. Lorraine has maintained the course and navigated through some difficult times and in the end, it was my choice to buy there. So, Lorraine's market knowledge, communication and professionalism helped me navigate the minefield and eventual sale of the property and for that I am very grateful. I can recommend her as an excellent agent.

Great Local Knowledge
Lorraine was excellent in moving on our property, she priced it appropriately so we could move it on and we were happy with the end result. After many negative experiences with Andrew Real Estate in Roxby Downs we were lucky to find Lorraine who was an actual professional rather than the incompetent staff at Andrews. I would highly recommend Lorraine for either selling or managing your rental, just steer clear of Andrews Property!
