Through the negotiation period I found Sam to be informative, extremely easy to deal with and never pushy. One of the area's I have found refreshing with Sam is after the sale had been completed he is still following up with me and assisting with after sale requests. After selling another home with another real estate agency I can see the level of professionalism he brings to his clients, something lacking with my real estate agency.
