Sam has been nothing more than professional, obliging, courteous, punctual, always followed through and is a very reliable person to deal with, every step of the way. He even went out and bought a remote control when the AC was missing one. Now that's customer service!!! I have dealt with dozens of real estate agents in my time and Sam is by far the BEST I have ever dealt with. Fergus was also great at the open for inspection and took the time to go through the section 32 with me.
